The office of Esteban M. Ramirez and Associates is a family owned and operated business located in Richmond, California. The business was started in 1981 by husband and wife, Steven M. Ramirez and Sonia G. Ramirez, with the intention to offer tax and other services to their community. Over the years Mr. & Mrs. Ramirez have continued to provide services to people in their community, and two of their children continue to work alongside their parents to offer quality services at a reasonable rate.

Steven M. Ramirez was born and raised in the East Bay. Throughout his youth he worked in his community helping others. Steven would often go to peoples houses to help them fill out forms that they did not understand. Eventually, so many people began to request his help that he decided to open up his own office. In 1981, Steven and his wife Sonia G. Ramirez, opened up Esteban M. Ramirez & Associates, on MacDonald Avenue in Richmond, California. Since 1981 Steven has been offering tax preparation services, notary services and even immigration services. Throughout the years the neighborhood has undergone many changes, and many neighboring businesses have come and gone. However, Steven has continued to operate his business in the same neighborhood and continues to offer services to continue to help out his community.
